all sales are final. i do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations.
please be sure to double check your address when ordering. if you believe that you have entered your address incorrectly, please let me know as soon as possible so that i can correct it before shipping.
if you have placed a sticker only order, i will send the order in a stamped envelope. this will cut down the cost of shipping, but this means that the order cannot be tracked. in the event that you do not receive your stickers, please let me know so that i can resend your sticker order.
please note that many items are made to order, so orders will be shipped 5-7 days after they are placed. please allow 1-2 weeks for the package to arrive.
